| AB Real Estate was founded in 2001 by
two international managers (French and Swiss with experience in real estate
for many years) with a specific ambition: fulfill the dreams of foreign
clients wanting to purchase prestige properties and holiday homes in the
Southern Languedoc Roussillon
region of France.
Our Website Our unique website was designed, tested and launched to achieve this, and has proven very user friendly and informative with 10 pictures of each property and daily updates. Potential clients can view and visualize a wide variety of properties currently available in the South of France. All prices are provided in Euros, Pounds and US Dollars and it contains an easy-to-use property search facility that enables potential clients to view a selection of properties fulfilling specific criteria. The site also has a Newest Property section showing details of the latest homes on the market. Search method The key to a successful search lies in the method, not only in luck. Your property hunting trip needs to be prepared prior to arriving in our region. This can be done by first answering the questionnaire on our website, either by phone or email. Moreover, by using the search facility on our website you can narrow down the search to the essentials and avoid wasting your valuable time. Our Services Buying a property in another country as a holiday home, investment, or a permanent place of residence, can be a long and difficult process, particularly if you are unfamiliar with the language, local laws, legal requirements and procedures. We can create a smoother transition by also helping with the myriad different logistical issues that arise whenever you are buying a property abroad.
